We are looking for a Administrative Assistant, Communications & ESG, to help handle and implement our community partnerships and sustainable business practices.

YOUR MISSION

As part of our Communications & ESG Strategy team and reporting directly to the Indigenous Relations Manager, you will mainly be involved in structuring, organizing and documenting work processes for our community engagement, sustainable development, and corporate outreach initiatives.

  • Manage documents and perform administrative follow-up related to the impact benefit agreement with the Atikamekw First Nation of Manawan ;

  • Support responsible procurement processes ;

  • Collect ESG performance and disclosure data and update dashboards and reports ;

  • Coordinate grant applications and the related reporting for sustainable development initiatives ;

  • Deploy internal communications, organize events, follow up on visibility agreements (e.g. Donation and Sponsorship Program), and organize employee awareness activities ;

  • Administer the databases and processes for the environmental and social management system ;

  • Perform any other related administrative tasks.

YOUR SKILLS PROFILE

  • College diploma in office technology or administrative techniques, with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience or a track record of similar experience ;

  • Proficiency in French and good knowledge of English ;

  • Proficiency with the MS Office Suite ;

  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and diligence ;

  • Independence and an ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at once.
