We are looking for a talented FP&A Analyst to join our finance team.

YOUR MISSION

Reporting directly to the FP&A Director, the Analyst will be a key player in the budget process and in promoting its understanding. Will be working closely with functional leadership team to support their financial needs and knowledge. Specifically, the challenges include:

  • Participate in monthly and quarterly reviews with business owners to ensure that all expenses are accounted for when they are incurred and are aligned with the forecast;

  • Maintain financial models for the preparation of the annual and quarterly forecast process;

  • Participate in the quarterly financial planning slide deck for senior management;

  • Prepare and present financial reports and analysis, including variance analysis with forecast and historical results;

  • Support functional teams in their reporting and financial needs;

  • Drive improvements in financial reporting and processes, including the implementation of new tools to support business needs;

  • Develop and maintain strong and harmonious relationships with suppliers.

YOUR SKILLS PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with a CPA title;

  • 3-5 years of experience;

  • Budgeting experience of full P&L or project accounting;

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ETL tools (PowerQuery, PowerBI, Tableau);

  • Proven experience in ERP process improvement (Dynamics 365 F&O an asset);

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management;

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
