To ensure that all interactions are respectful, beneficial, and relevant, these guidelines apply to all digital platforms and communities of Nouveau Monde Graphite (“NMG” or the “Company”), including the Company’s website as well as third-party digital assets where the brand is present (e.g., social media).

“Content” includes online comments, photos, videos, or any other submitted content from the public. By submitting your content to NMG, you acknowledge owning the rights to it and grant us the non-exclusive right to use it, royalty-free, in perpetuity, worldwide. We may modify your content due to length, size, clarity, or language that does not adhere to our guidelines. By submitting your content to NMG, you waive your moral rights to it. NMG reserves the right to hide, remove, or request the removal of any content deemed inappropriate or not compliant with the policy below.

By posting content on any digital platforms representing NMG, you agree to the following:

• Hateful, vulgar, disrespectful, discriminatory, racist, sexist, obscene, or any threatening or inciting violence published on NMG’s accounts or mentioning NMG will be removed or reported without notice.
• Any content posted by the public considered to be erroneous, unfounded, misleading, or conspiratorial in nature will be removed without notice.
• Users must be identified as real individuals. Comments from anonymous accounts will not be accepted.
• Posts or comments on NMG’s accounts must not contain others’ personal information or reference private conversations.
• Posts or comments that could infringe on another person’s privacy are not accepted.
• Comments following an NMG post must be relevant to the post. Off-topic or out-of-context content may be removed without notice.
• Posts or comments making unauthorized use of NMG or third-party intellectual property may be removed without notice.
• Repetitive and persistent posts and comments may be removed without notice or reported as unwanted content.
• Advertising or solicitation in a post or comment mentioning NMG is prohibited, regardless of their form (commercial promotion, survey, petition, etc.).

Any violation of these guidelines may result in the non-publication, modification, or removal of your content, the suspension of your account, or the exclusion of your account for publishing content on digital platforms representing NMG.

NMG reserves the right to modify these guidelines at any time without notice.
